A survey of broadband speeds across the east of England in collaboration with the Centre for Advanced Spatial Analysis at University College London. Results plotted onto a ‘mood map’ reflecting the most common responses. More than 16 thousand people took part. Produced for BBC Look East and promoted across BBC local radio and BBC local online indexes.
