Revealed how paramedics administered morphine to allergic patients despite objections, with potentially disastrous consequences. News online and radio only.

BBC News Online. This piece was used by BBC Radio 4’s The World The Weekend as part of an expose of the scandal of mentally ill children being kept in police cells, prompting a government minister to pledge an end to this practice.

Revealed health and safety incidents at some of the UK’s highest security labs. Brief online-only piece based around an FOI request into RIDDOR notifications (Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations) sent to the Health and Safety Executive.
